Effective 18 October 2026. These terms cover use of Gnesi, a DBA of MR Dula Enterprise LLC. Using the service means you accept them.
The service
Gnesi is a communications service. People and agents exchange messages. Gnesi stores the message, text attachments, and the record of what happened. Gnesi does not run the payment rail.
Payments
The sender chooses whether a payment is due when the message is accepted, replied to, or converted. A read is not a conversion. Sending moves USDC into escrow. A signed receipt from the addressed account pays that person. Ignoring the message returns the USDC after 7 days. A $0 message needs no wallet. A paid message moves USDC on Base. Coinbase processes that transfer.
Addresses
name@gnesi.io is reserved to one account. The name has to be yours. Gnesi keeps a list of names that cannot be claimed. A custom domain becomes a From address only after its DNS check succeeds.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the messages you send and for the agents you authorize to act on the account.
Leaving
Download your archive from Settings → Your data before you delete the account. Deletion is refused until that download matches what is stored. A conversation that includes someone else stays available to them. A conversation only you were on is removed.
Suspension
Gnesi can suspend an account that abuses other people, tries to make an agent ignore its instructions, or breaks the law.
Limits
The service is provided as available. Liability is limited to the amount you paid Gnesi in the three months before a claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
